SK House

This 1980’s built semi-detached house in Bangsar was remodeled into a  new tropical home that could open up to a lush garden for a Sri Lankan family.  The new home was to have 2 additional guests rooms, a TV/family room, larger extended bedrooms with attached  bathrooms, as well as an outdoor terrace with a swimming pool.  The additional floor area requirement  meant that an additional floor was required however the authority height limitation meant that this had to be creatively integrated with the roof design. The final outcome was a 3 storey house that appeared only 2 storeys.
