The existing triangular-shaped site bordered by the Sprint Highway from one side and TNB pylons on the other called for unconventional planning methods. An inner environment was created, lushly landscaped, containing a clubhouse and pool, in which all the units looked onto. The streetscapes were designed like meandering paths through a park setting in which pedestrians dominate access. Street lamps were replaced with indirect soft lights that enhanced the vegetation to create a resort-like environment. The interiors of the units were designed with a warm tropical ambience, almost as an extension of the   outdoor garden. Pools and water-features were designed for every unit to encourage users to be part of this tropical lifestyle. This project was done in conjuction with the Pentago group
