This conteporary tropical styled house was built on the hills of Country Heights Damansara with views of the forest reserve.

The client who is Taiwanese wanted a home that would capitalise on the slope as well as to enjoy the views out to the forest reserve.

The design was conceived around a courtyard garden that allowed light to spill into the house right down to the lower-ground floor. The roof was detailed in steel plates with timber lining to create a lightweight feel yet bringing out the warmth of timber.
