The 31 storey office tower was proposed near Jalan Yap Kuan Seng, Kuala Lumpur. The building was envisaged as building of the future with fully automated mechanical car-park system.

Inspired by the ‘Solitaire’ itself which means diamond, the façade is fitted with a diamond pattern sunshade louvre shaped screens that shades the building interior thought out the day.

The Building was designed on the premise of Tropical-style Green Building where local materials like concrete and bricks were the main materials. The lobby is designed to be naturally ventilated with large openable windows and double volume ceiling.
