This development is in the green mature part of Taman Ulu Kelang consisting of 16 units of Semi-Ds with a building ranging from 5000 to 6000 sp. ft. The client's brief is for the Semi-Ds to have a similar size and feel as a Bungalow type development and this was achieved by creating a large open concept living, dining and kitchen with full sized balcony terraces with views out to the limestone ridges of Melawati. 

The box-type shaped houses were deliberately designed to differentiate from the old vernacular styled houses in the vicinty.
