The form of the roof was derived from the organic form of the leave



Rectilinear spatial planning and organic roof form to tie back the topography

Idea of "Man-Cave" shelter

East and West side is extended to the ground to create shade

Green & Sustainable Design Details

CASUAL LOUNGE - Roof floats over all the rooms below with level glass and screens to allow both indirect daylighting as well as ventilations

HALLWAY ENTRANCE WITH GLASS FLOOR - Roof floats over all the rooms below with high level glass and screens to allow both indirect daylighting as well as ventilation

SITTING LOUNGE - Skylight to bring in light into lower ground floor

STAIRWAY - Stock-effect ventilation created trough atrium next to lift

BATHROOM - Permanent openings to allow for natural ventilation and emphasise the outdoor experience

POOL WITH LOUNGE AREA - Large sliding doors that open up to the garden and pool to allow air to flow in

LOUNGE FROM MAIN STAIRWAY - The staircase is designed to float whilst acting as a subtle conection between the spaces

MASTER BEDROOM - Highlevel bamboo screens allow for free flow of air into the rooms

STUDY & TERRACE - The study is connected to a large outdoor terrace that is protected from the tropical sun and rain by large roof overhang

MASTER BEDROOM - Open concept bathroom with privacy screens to allow plenty of natural light and well ventilation

FORMAL DINING - Outdoor style dining was created to enjoy the garden and views
