In collaboration with Urban Research Lab of Singapore this 49 storey condominium was proposed for Desa Park City. The design premise was based on a series of pocket gardens that rose vertically creating pockets of natural ventilation and greenery up the tower. The carpark podium was located separately allowing the tower to straddle directly on the park type garden setting, a feature rarely seen in most condominiums.
