In conjunction with Urban Research Lab Singapore this 359 unit condominium was proposed on the banks of Northshore lake in Desa Park City. This GBI rated green building was created to capitalise on the magnificent views of the city and the beautiful landscape of Desa Park city itself, hence every unit came with a balcony. The balconies were randomly projected outwards to further emphasize the connection with the outdoors, becoming a unique feature in the building's external form.
