“This earring was inspired by twisting skyscrapers and it comes complete with tiny windows! It was one of our most challenging pieces to create because we wanted it to be a shape changer. By twisting it gently you could create a spiralling shaped earring. So the whole piece was created like a compressed spring that can be gently unfolded.”

The Spiral is a sculpted piece of jewellery that gently twists on its side, like the spiralling motion of a ballet dancer, gentle but poise, elegant yet confidently certain of every movement. For the wearer timing is everything.
Spiral
Spiral is fine finished sterling silver jewellery and cannot be produced using the traditional hand-made methods or using mass-production techniques. This is due to the complexity of the design, derived from its complex surface. 3D printing techniques were used and the thickness of the material had to be precise in order for it to be malleable when required. The fine polished finish was then done by hand.
As 925 sterling silver like most precious metals can get tarnished and oxidized with time, rhodium plating is added to protect the silver from tarnishing too easily. It is also suitable for those with sensitive skin as our product is hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
